I have worked for Crossreach as a Senior Counsellor for Perinatal Services, and as a volunteer counsellor.
Prior to this I have worked with clients with addiction issues, so I have a diverse range of experience.
Before training to become a counsellor, I taught English as a Foreign Language to students, adults, businessmen and prisoners.
I choose to become a counsellor and psychotherapist because I have experienced the benefits first hand and so I know that counselling works.
Counselling is about coming to terms with what is happening now, whereas psychotherapy explores the past in order to come to terms and resolve issues that are affecting the present.
If you feel that you are stuck, unhappy, un-fulfilled or depressed, I hope that we can work together and get you back to where you want to be.
